LOL, "It’s a shame to live in negative inner states, much better to take control of the wheel and know that everything’s gonna be fine and that we just need to stop being such a baby :)" and later, "Stupid tree... trees are stupid." :) I think it's funny how sometimes, for instance when I walk and walk into something, this anger arises and thoughts like "you really had to do that, didn't you?" (referring to the item that I went in to) pops up, like the fault was this item, like it had an intention to bump into me... :)

There are many things in my daily life right now that needs to be done, but I don't like doing it... Stop being such a baby is probably a good idea, and seeing that the problem is internal, not external. :) Thanks!

That is a very important lesson indeed, the need to tell our self, that what we are doing is in fact easy and not worry about it. It applies to just about any area of life you can imagine.

Ultimately, anything that you are actually going to do and do well, is going to have to be made easy, in some way or another. The way to get it done is to recognize what makes doing the job easy and do it that way.

I often recognize, when I am not at my best, that I spend 300% more energy complaining and procrastinating than actually doing the job. When I keep this in my awareness, I am often far more effective. The job just "get's done" and then there is all this free time afterwards!
